Over the years, the Chorale has traveled and entertained international audiences. Mr. Vince Treadway was appointed Musical Director of the Lake Wales Chorale in September 2014 and presently serves with distinction in this capacity.  Vince holds a Master’s degree in Church Music and a Master’s degree in Organ Performance from Westminster Choir College of Rider University in Princeton, New Jersey. In 2001, he founded the Alliance of Christian Musicians (ACM), an organization dedicated to promoting excellence and education for Christian musicians in church music and worship; he served as the Executive Director for eight years.

He currently serves as the Director of Music for the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Wales where he assists in planning worship and oversees the entire music ministry of the church, which includes a graded choral program, handbells, instrumental music, and the concert series.  He has been guest conductor for the Bach Festival of Central Florida. He composes and arranges, and teaches piano, organ, and voice privately. Mr. Treadway performs in the United States and abroad, having given concerts in Tokyo, Japan; Kyiv, Ukraine; and Paris and Aix-en-Provence, France.  His wife, Faith, sings alto in the Chorale, and they have a daughter living in China.
